Policies & Rules

Our rates are based on couple occupancy, but we can accommodate larger groups upon request. Special holiday rates apply to both Federal and Local Celebrated Holidays, with specific guidelines for events like Wyatt Earp Days and Helldorado Days. For extended stays, email reservation@kccsuites.com to inquire about special rates.

Self check-in/check-out

Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We offer early check-ins upon request, based on availability. We ensure a smooth experience regardless of your arrival or departure time.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for your convenience. For regular stays, full payment is required 30 days before check-in. For special holiday stays, payment is due 60 days prior. If your booking is within these time frames, full payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policies

For regular stays, cancellations are penalty-free with a 30-day notice. If canceled within this period, the entire stay is non-refundable. Shortened stays are also non-refundable.

For special holiday stays during Wyatt Earp Days and Helldorado Days, a 60-day notice is required for a penalty-free cancellation. Cancellations within this period result in the entire stay being non-refundable. Shortened stays are also non-refundable.
